  THE SIDRA SIGNATURE        
 

Designed by leading Japanese architect Arata Isozaki, the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) features a spectacular facade resembling two intertwined trees supporting the building's exterior canopy. The 250 metre (820 foot) long, curved steel tree structure forms the signature entrance to the QNCC. Read more

  WATCH THIS SPACE: QNCC UPDATE        
 
Construction of the much anticipated Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) is on schedule for its opening in the second quarter of 2011. The full enclosure of the building envelope is on track for completion September 2009. Over 3,000 personnel are working six days a week to ensure construction schedules are on track.
