New Opportunities Available for
Congress Sponsors and Exhibitors

Pre and Post Congress Workshops
The Organising Committee has had a number of requests from companies supporting our Congress to be able to hold a small seminar or workshop prior to or after the Congress.

As a participating Congress partner you will be aware that companies cannot hold any meetings within a two week period either side of the Congress.

Authorised meetings such as an Integrated Satellite Meeting or Pre and Post Meeting (up to the 4th February and after the 9th February) must be purchased through the Congress.

Previously Pre and or Post meetings were only available to Major Sponsors but are now being made available to all companies participating in the Congress

How to Organise your Workshop;
Companies are to organise meetings at their own expense and charge registrants an appropriate fee. Registrants attending the meeting must be registered for the 7th International Orthodontic Congress as a prerequisite.

Benefits:

    • Brief outline of speakers and course content will be advertised on the website (subject to approval)
    • Companies will be provided with a list of Congress registrants for advertising

Cost:
USD 10,000
