Abstract Submission Closing Soon
Monday, 24 October 2011
The online system for submission of abstracts of papers for presentation at the ISPRS 2012 Congress and 16ARSPC is closing on Monday, 24 October 2011.
An abstract must be submitted for all papers, including plenary and invited papers, papers by young authors, oral and poster presentations, and full papers that will be submitted to the double blind, peer review process. All ISPRS papers accepted for presentation will have the associated abstract published in the Book of Abstracts distributed at the ISPRS 2012 Congress. All 16ARSPC papers will be published in the proceedings of the 16th Australasian Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Conference.
For the ISPRS double blind, peer review process (Technical Commissions II, III, IV and VII only), you must ensure that the full paper is submitted no later than 16 January 2012. Papers submitted by this date will be peer reviewed and published in the International Annals of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. Late papers may be accepted to be published in the non-peer reviewed International Archives of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. For the review by abstract only, full papers submitted no later than 16 April 2012 will be included in the International Archives of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing or the Proceedings of 16ARSPC.
Authors should note that every paper submitted must have one unique registration for the paper to be included in the published proceedings. A participant may be the co-author of multiple papers, however each author may present only one paper at the Congress, except for those authors of plenary and invited papers or papers submitted to Technical Commission VI. Payment of the registration fee by the Presenting Author must be made prior to the deadline of 30 April 2012.
A broad overview of the technical program is available on the Congress website and the detailed schedule of presentations in the technical program will be available from April 2012.

I look forward to a very successful technical program based on excellent papers and presentations. I am sure your paper and presentation will be of interest and value to the participants at the 22nd Congress of the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, and the 16th Australasian Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Conference.
