Are you using email to market your events?

Every year advocates of platforms such as Facebook and Twitter like to tell the world that email is finally “dead”, but every year email stands tall. Indeed, it goes from strength-to-strength – I’d argue that email marketing has never been more important for events of all shapes and sizes across almost every industry.

Does that mean that social media is a load of hot air? Far from it. While email still converts better overall, nothing beats social media for keeping delegates and stakeholders engaged, educated and informed on a real-time, day-to-day basis.

Bottom line: smart marketers (and smarter events) don’t choose between email or social media. They use, and recognise the value and benefits of both.

"Some of our clients use email as their sole event marketing vehicle. The return on their investment in terms of delegate attendance and sponsorship procurement is astonishing."

Email is a powerful way of interacting with potential event delegates, speakers, presenters, sponsors and exhibitors. Send important communication quickly and cost effectively.

From single one-off emails to comprehensive e-marketing campaigns Invisage will design and deliver communication solutions that compliment your event brand and compel your participants to respond.

Our purpose built email system, EventCampaign, allows us to manage mail lists, target and track all of your communication and produce comprehensive reports on deliveries, bounces and unsubscribes.
